Finding Which Page a Manual Task Is On

Overview

You're looking at an accessibility issue marked Manual Required, but it isn't obvious which page of your site it lives on. AllAccessible does record the page for audited issues — it's just shown in a specific place. This short guide shows you how to trace any issue, including manual ones, back to its exact page (and even the exact element) using the Page URL column and the per-page audit detail view.

Who This Is For

  • Site owners reviewing tasks that need a person to fix them

  • Anyone who sees an issue but can't tell which page it's on

  • Teams triaging their accessibility task board

What You'll Learn

  • Where the page of an issue is displayed in Audits & Fixes

  • How to open the per-page audit detail

  • How Manual Required tasks map to pages

  • How to cross-reference when a task view doesn't show a page directly

The Fastest Way: The Page URL Column

Every audited issue belongs to a page, and AllAccessible lists results one row per page.

  1. Open your site, then your subdomain, and click the Audits & Fixes tab

  2. You'll land on Live Monitoring (the default view)

  3. Scroll to the Page Details section — its table has a Page URL column

  4. Each row is a single audited page, showing that page's full URL plus its counts of Critical / Serious / Moderate / Minor issues

The Page URL column is the answer to "which page." Long URLs are shortened in the table; hover over one to see the full address.

Drill Into a Single Page

To see the specific issues on a page — and where on the page they are:

  1. In the Page Details table, click the page's row / URL

  2. This opens the per-page audit detail, where the page's full URL is the heading at the top

  3. Review the issues listed for that page

  4. Open an individual issue to see its How to Fix guidance and the element's location on the page

This confirms both the page and the element, so a manual fix has everything it needs.

How "Manual Required" Tasks Map to Pages

On the Tasks board (under Audits & Fixes), issues are grouped into columns including Manual Required — these are issues that need a person to make the change (they aren't auto-applied).

If you're viewing a manual task and it doesn't spell out the page directly, use the audit results to pinpoint it:

  • Go back to Live Monitoring → Page Details and match the issue type to the page(s) listed in the Page URL column.

  • Open the per-page audit detail (above) to confirm the issue and its element on that page.

Also Check: Agentic Fixes

If your issue appears under Agentic Fixes (the human-in-the-loop review area), each fix card enumerates its pages directly:

  • View on your site opens the first affected page with the element highlighted

  • View all N pages lists every page the fix applies to

So even when a single fix spans multiple pages, you can see exactly which ones.

A Note on Plan Access

Viewing which page an issue is on (the Page URL column and page list) is available to review. Opening full issue detail and task actions is a Starter-plan feature — on the free plan you can see the page and issue list, but the per-issue detail and task management are locked. See Understanding Audit Results and Tasks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: The issue lists an element but no page. Where's the page?
A: The page is shown at the list level — the Page URL column in Live Monitoring → Page Details, and as the heading on the per-page audit detail. The element selector tells you where on the page; the Page URL tells you which page.

Q: Why does one issue seem to appear on several pages?
A: The same problem often exists on many pages. In Agentic Fixes, use View all N pages to see every affected page. In Live Monitoring, each affected page shows up as its own row.

Q: My manual task doesn't link to a page. What now?
A: Cross-reference it against Live Monitoring → Page Details by issue type, then open the per-page audit detail to confirm the exact page and element.
