Team Members, Multiple Organizations, and Pending Approvals
Overview
AllAccessible lets you invite people to your organization, assign them roles, and approve requests for site access. If you work across more than one company, you can also belong to multiple organizations and switch between them. This guide covers inviting team members, the admin-only pending-approvals flow, and how multi-organization membership works, including what to do when a second organization tries to add you.
Who This Is For
Organization admins inviting or managing team members
Admins who need to approve or deny site-access requests
Consultants and agencies who belong to more than one organization
Anyone who received an invite from a second organization that didn't go through
What You'll Learn
How to invite team members and what each role can do
How the admin-only Pending Approvals card works (Approve / Deny / Resend)
How to switch organizations and set a default
What to do when a second organization's invite fails
Inviting Team Members
Team management lives on the Team page (sidebar → Team), which is visible to organization admins only.
Send an Invitation
Go to Team in the left sidebar (the page is titled Team Management).
Click Invite Team Member.
In the invite dialog, enter the person's Email Address.
Choose a Role (see roles below).
Click Send Invitation.
The invitee receives an email invitation. Until they accept, their invite appears in the members table with a status such as Invite sent (and an expiry date), or Invite expired if it goes stale.

Roles
When inviting, you can assign:
User — Can view and manage sites they have access to
Billing — Can manage billing and subscription settings
Admin — Full access to organization settings and team management
Additional role labels you may see in the members table include Owner. Changing a member's role takes effect immediately, so the edit dialog warns that role changes affect access permissions right away.
Managing Existing Members
The members table shows User, Role, Status, Joined, and Actions. From the row actions you can:
Edit a member (change their role via the Edit Team Member dialog, or Remove User)
Resend Invitation or Cancel a pending invite
Pending Approvals (Admins Only)
When there are requests waiting on you, a Pending approvals card appears at the top of the Sites page for organization admins. If there's nothing to act on, or you're not an admin, the card doesn't render.
The card shows a count badge and a View team page link, plus two kinds of rows:
Site-Access Requests
When someone requests access to one of your sites, you'll see a row like:
[email protected] requested access to yoursite.com
with two inline buttons:
Approve (green) — grants the requester access
Deny — declines the request
Pending Invites
Invitations you've already sent appear as:
[email protected] — invite sent
with a Resend button. If an invite has gone stale, it shows Invite expired in red; use Resend to send a fresh one.

Belonging to Multiple Organizations
You can be a member of more than one organization. When you are, an account switcher appears in the topbar.
Switching Organizations
Click the account switcher in the topbar (shows your current organization's initial and name).
Under Switch account, each organization row shows its name and your role plus how many sites it has.
Click an organization to switch to it. The active one is marked with a check.
Each organization keeps its own sites, team, and billing — nothing mixes between them.
Setting a Default Organization
Each row in the account switcher has a star toggle:
Click the star to Set as default organization
Click it again to Remove as default organization
Your default (primary) organization is the one you land in when you sign in. It's marked with a Default badge.
To create another organization, use Create account at the bottom of the switcher.
"A Second Organization Is Trying to Add Me"
If you already have an AllAccessible account and a second organization invites you, the normal flow is:
The second organization's admin sends you an invitation from their Team page.
You accept the invitation (from the invite email / prompt).
You gain membership in that organization, and it appears in your account switcher in the topbar.
You can switch to it anytime, and optionally star it as your default.
If the Second Invite Doesn't Go Through
Multi-organization membership is a newer, actively maintained area, and a second invite occasionally fails to complete — for example if your account already has certain membership records. If a second organization's invite doesn't go through, don't keep retrying. Instead:
Ask the inviting admin to confirm the invite shows on their Sites page → Pending approvals as invite sent, and to click Resend if needed.
Double-check the invite was sent to the exact email address on your existing account.
If it still doesn't complete, contact support with both organization names and the email address involved. Our team can complete the membership on the back end.
Troubleshooting
I don't see a Team option in the sidebar.
The Team page is admin-only. If you're not an admin in the current organization, ask an admin to make the change or invite the person for you.
I don't see the account switcher.
The topbar account switcher only appears if you belong to more than one organization. With a single organization, there's nothing to switch between.
A team member accepted but can't see a site.
Site access can be requested and approved separately. Check the Pending approvals card on your Sites page for a site-access request to Approve.
An invite shows "Invite expired."
Open the members table or the Pending approvals card and click Resend to send a fresh invitation.
Common Questions
Q: Who can invite team members?
A: Organization admins. The Team page and invite controls are admin-only.
Q: What's the difference between Approve/Deny and resending an invite?
A: Approve/Deny is for someone requesting access to one of your sites. Resend is for an invitation you already sent that hasn't been accepted yet.
Q: Can I belong to two organizations with the same email?
A: Yes. Multi-organization membership is supported, and you switch between them from the topbar account switcher.
Q: A second org's invite failed — is that normal?
A: It can happen in this newer area. Have the inviting admin resend from Pending approvals, and if it still fails, contact support to finish the membership rather than retrying repeatedly.
Q: How do I choose which organization I start in?
A: Star an organization in the account switcher to set it as your Default.
