AllAccessible pricing is simple: a Free plan for every site, a Starter plan at $10 per month per site, and add-ons you attach only when you need them. Higher-volume plans are available by quote. Pay for what you use, cancel anytime - no forced bundles.

Free - $0
Every site can run on the Free plan indefinitely:

The Starter plan is the standard paid plan and the plan your 7-day free trial is based on:

How Billing Works
Billing cycles
Monthly: charged on the same day each month
Annual: charged once per year. The Starter plan is $120/year (12 × $10). Add-on annual prices are listed above.
Per site: each site has its own subscription
Payment timeline
Trial: 7-day free trial of Starter, no credit card required. With no card on file, the site moves to the Free plan when the trial ends.
First charge: when the trial ends with a card on file, or when you upgrade a Free site
Recurring charges: automatic on your billing date
Failed payments: your dashboard shows a "Payment Past Due" notice; update your card in Billing → Manage billing to keep paid features running

Emailed after each payment
Full history with PDF downloads in the billing portal (Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing)
Managing Your Subscription
Add-ons: in the dashboard
Dashboard → Sites → [Your Site] → Add-Ons
Add an add-on and it starts right away; the partial month is pro-rated
Remove an add-on and it stops renewing; fees already paid for the current period are not refunded
Payment methods, invoices, and cancellation: in the billing portal
Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing opens the billing portal, where you can:
✅ Update your payment method and billing details
✅ Download invoices
✅ Cancel a subscription (takes effect at the end of the paid period; the site then moves to the Free plan)

Special Pricing Programs
Customers on the original $10 plan (legacy widget)
The original widget retires on December 31, 2026. Customers on the original $10 plan receive notices from October 1, 2026 with their options. The notices explain what changes, what it costs, and how to choose. Until then, nothing changes on your bill.
Partner and agency discounts
Discounts apply automatically to an organization based on its number of active sites:
10–15 sites: 10% off
16–20 sites: 20% off
21–30 sites: 25% off
31+ sites: 30% off
Non-profit discount
Registered non-profits can apply for 50% off at allaccessible.org/nonprofit-discount.
Common Questions
Q: Can I change my plan at any time?
A: Yes. Add or remove add-ons from your site's Add-Ons page; upgrade a Free site from the site page.
Q: What happens if I exceed my pageview limit?
A: Your widget keeps working. If a site goes over its limit we notify you and suggest a pageview add-on or a larger plan. We do not bill overage charges today.
Q: Do I pay per site?
A: Yes. Each site has its own plan and add-ons. Partner discounts apply automatically once your organization has 10 or more active sites.
Q: Can I pause my subscription?
A: There is no pause option. If you cancel, your site moves to the Free plan and keeps working, and you can upgrade again anytime.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Paid fees are non-refundable except where required by law; refund requests are considered case by case at our discretion. See Cancellation and Refunds.
Q: Can I get an invoice before payment?
A: Contact [email protected] for prepayment invoices (for PO or check payments).
Q: How do I update my billing information?
A: Dashboard → Billing → Manage billing.
