Accessing Your Add-On Dashboard
Step 1: Navigate to Add-Ons
Log into your AllAccessible dashboard
Select the site you want to manage
Click "Add-Ons" in the left sidebar navigation
You'll see your add-on management page
What You'll See:
Your current plan tier (Starter or Growth)
Active add-ons you're currently using
Available add-ons you can purchase
Your current usage statistics

At the top of the page, you'll see all add-ons currently included in your subscription:

Adding an Add-On to Your Plan
Quick Add Process
Step 1: Browse Available Add-Ons
Scroll through the available add-ons section and find the feature you want.
Step 2: Click "Add to Plan"
Click the blue "Add to Plan" button on the add-on you want.
Step 3: Review Pro-Rated Charge
A confirmation modal appears showing:
Add-on details and monthly cost
Pro-rated charge for the remainder of your current billing cycle
When the add-on activates (immediately)
Your next full billing cycle amount

Understanding Pro-Rated Billing
How Pro-Rated Charges Work
When You Add an Add-On Mid-Cycle:
AllAccessible calculates a fair pro-rated charge based on the remaining days in your billing cycle.
Formula:
Pro-rated charge = (Monthly cost ÷ Days in month) × Remaining days
Example Calculation:
Monthly cost: $15
Today's date: October 16
Billing cycle ends: October 31
Days remaining: 15 days
Pro-rated charge: ($15 ÷ 31) × 15 = $7.26
Next Billing Cycle:
Starting next month, you'll pay the full monthly amount for the add-on.
What Happens After You Add an Add-On
Immediate Charge: Pro-rated amount charged to your payment method
Instant Access: Features activate immediately
Next Invoice: Full monthly cost included in next billing cycle
No Surprises: Clear pricing shown before confirmation
Removing an Add-On
How to Remove Add-Ons
Step 1: Find the Add-On
In the "Active Add-Ons" section, locate the add-on you want to remove.
Step 2: Click "Remove"
Click the "Remove" button next to the add-on.
Step 3: Confirm Removal
A confirmation dialog appears:
Remove AI Boost? ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━Are you sure you want to remove AI Boost from your plan?• The add-on will remain active until: October 31, 2025 • You'll continue to have access until your billing cycle ends • No refund for the current billing cycle • Starting November 1, you'll save $15/month[Cancel] [Confirm Removal]
Step 4: Removal Confirmed
Add-on remains active until end of current billing cycle
Access continues through the period you've paid for
Removed from next billing cycle automatically
No pro-rated refund for partial month
Important Notes About Removal
Access Period:
You keep access until your billing cycle ends
This ensures you get what you paid for
Example: Remove on Oct 16, keep access until Oct 31
Billing Changes:
Current month: No refund
Next month: Add-on cost removed from invoice
Future months: Savings reflected in all future bills
Re-Adding Later:
You can re-add any removed add-on anytime
Same pricing and terms apply
Pro-rated charge applies if added mid-cycle

The Growth Upgrade is featured prominently at the top of your add-on dashboard.
What Changes:
Base price: $10/month → $19/month (+$9)
Pageviews: 10,000 → 25,000 per month
AI descriptions: 250 → 500 per month

At the top of your add-on management page, you'll see real-time usage statistics:

If you're consistently exceeding limits, the dashboard will show:

A: Yes, all add-ons renew automatically each billing cycle until you remove them.
Q: Can I pause an add-on instead of removing it?
A: No, but you can remove it and re-add it later. The pricing remains the same.
Q: What happens to my data if I remove an add-on?
A: Your data is retained for 7 years per our data retention policy. If you re-add the add-on, all your data and settings are restored.
Q: Are there limits on how many add-ons I can have?
A: No, you can add as many add-ons as you need to customize your plan.
Q: Can I gift an add-on to another AllAccessible customer?
