Partner Portal Resources

Overview

The partner portal is the part of your AllAccessible dashboard that opens up once your organization is approved into the Partner Program. It has three pages: an Overview of your partner status and volume-discount progress, a Clients list of every site under your organization, and a Resources page for files our team publishes for partners. This article walks through what each page does, how the graduated discount is calculated (with a worked example), how client sites are billed, and how to add or remove a client site.

Who This Is For

  • Agencies, consultants, and developers who have just been approved as partners

  • Existing partners who want to understand how their discount is worked out

  • Partners with clients still on the original widget who have questions about the sunset notices

  • Anyone deciding whether to apply

What You'll Learn

  • What the partner portal is and how to get access

  • What you can do on the Overview, Clients, and Resources pages

  • How the 10 / 20 / 25 / 30% graduated discount works

  • The two ways client sites can be billed

  • What changes for legacy-widget client sites from 1 October 2026

What the Partner Portal Is

The portal lives inside the normal dashboard at app.allaccessible.org/partner. There is no separate login. Partner access belongs to your organization, not to your user account, so if you are a member of more than one organization, switch to the partner organization first. If you open the portal while a non-partner organization is active you will see "This organization does not have partner access" and be sent back to your sites list.

How to Get Access

  1. Apply. From allaccessible.org/partners, choose Apply to Partner Program. The form asks for your name, email, phone, billing contact and billing email/address, company name, website, location, a short company description, and an optional logo. One application per email address.

  2. Confirmation. You receive a confirmation email and a status page link. Applications show as Pending Review, Approved, or Not Approved. Review normally takes one to two business days.

  3. Approval. If you already have an AllAccessible account under that email, it is upgraded to a partner organization. If not, an account and organization are created for you and you get a Set Up Your Account email with a password link that expires after one hour. Your billing contact is applied to the organization, and a free licence is created for your own agency website.

  4. Not approved. You can reapply later if your circumstances change.

The Three Pages

Overview (/partner)

The top card shows your organization's logo, name, a Verified Partner badge, your current tier name, and your contact details. Two buttons sit under it:

  • View Resources jumps to the Resources page.

  • Edit Organization Info opens your organization settings, where you can change the email, name, phone, description, website, and logo. These same details make up your listing in the public partner directory, so keep them current.

Below that, once you have reached your first discount band, four tiles appear:

Tile

What it means

Active Sites

Sites in your organization that are active, trialing, or past due (deleted sites are excluded). This is the number your discount band is based on.

Monthly Cost

Active Sites multiplied by your discounted Starter price.

Potential Revenue

The same figure with an illustrative 25% resale markup applied.

Potential Profit

The difference between the two.

The revenue and profit tiles are illustrations of a resale model, not a report of your actual billing. Before you reach 10 active sites the tiles are hidden because there is no discount to calculate yet.

The Partner Tier Progress section shows a milestone tracker with the four bands (10, 16, 21, and 31 sites), your current site count, how many more sites you need for the next band, and the next band's discount. Four tier cards underneath highlight the band you are in.

Clients (/partner/clients)

A searchable table of every site in your organization: site name, domain (with a count of subdomains), status (Active or Inactive), the date it was created, and a View Site button that opens that site's dashboard. Add New Site at the top starts the normal add-site flow. If you have no sites yet you see an empty state with the same button.

Resources (/partner/resources)

Download cards for files our team publishes for partners, grouped by category. Each card shows the file name, an optional description, and a Download link. Categories and files are added by the AllAccessible team; if nothing has been published yet the page shows "No Resources Available Yet" with a note that resources are being prepared. There is no way to upload your own files here, and there is no separate request form. If you need something specific, email support.

How the Graduated Discount Works

What the discount applies to

  • The discount is applied to the base licence line of a site's subscription. Add-ons bought for that site later are charged at their normal price.

  • The same percentage applies whether the site is billed monthly or annually.

It is graduated, not retroactive

When a new client-paid site is created, the site being added is counted toward the band, and that site's subscription gets the discount for the band it lands in. Your 10th site gets 10%; sites 1 to 9 stay at their existing price. Your 16th site gets 20%; sites 10 to 15 stay at 10%. Existing sites keep the discount they were set up with. If you believe your sites should be re-tiered (for example after a large batch of additions), email support and we can review the account.

Worked example

Starter list price is $10 per site per month. Suppose you have 20 active client-paid Starter sites, added one at a time:

Sites

Price each

Subtotal

1 to 9 (no discount)

$10.00

$90.00

10 to 15 (10% off)

$9.00

$54.00

16 to 20 (20% off)

$8.00

$40.00

Total

$184.00 / month (list price would be $200.00)

Adding site 21 puts that site in the Gold band at $7.50. Site 31 and onward would be $7.00.

How Client Sites Are Billed

There are two models. Most partners start with the first.

Client-paid sites (default)

Every site added through Add New Site gets its own subscription and its own invoice, with the partner discount for its band already applied to the base licence at checkout. This is the right model when each client pays for their own site or when you want one invoice per client.

Consolidated agency billing (by quote)

If you would rather have one subscription and one invoice for a group of client sites, our team can prepare an agency quote for your organization. The quote lists each site, and the partner discount is applied at the band your total site count will reach once those sites are added. When you accept the quote, the sites are created automatically under your organization and billed together.

Once you are on an agency plan, an Add a client site panel appears on your Sites page. Enter the domain and it is added to your agency plan as a line on your next invoice. Sites added this way are always the base Starter tier; only organization owners and admins can add them because it increases your bill.

To set up consolidated billing, email [email protected] with the list of domains you want on the plan.

Adding and Removing a Client Site

Add (client-paid): Clients → Add New Site, or the Add Site button on your Sites page. The partner discount is applied automatically based on your current count.

Add (agency plan): Sites page → Add a client site → enter the domain → Add site.

Remove: Open the site's Settings and use the delete option. Only organization owners and admins can delete sites.

  • For a client-paid site, its subscription is cancelled and the site is removed.

  • For an agency-plan site, the site is removed from your agency subscription and the quantity on your plan is reduced.

Removing sites lowers your active-site count, which is what future additions are banded on.

Legacy Widget Sunset: What Partners Should Know

If any of your client sites are still on the original AllAccessible widget, those sites are part of the legacy sunset. From 1 October 2026 the account holders for those sites receive formal notice, at least 90 days ahead of the retirement date, that the original widget is being retired and every site moves to the current one.

Each affected site has an offer page in the dashboard with two choices:

  • Move to the current widget. Free where the site's usage is within the free-upgrade ceiling; sites above it can add pageview capacity on the same page.

  • Keep my current price. Stays at $10 per site on the current widget with a 10,000-pageview monthly limit. Pageview add-ons are not available on that plan, and if usage stays over the limit you get 30 days' notice before any plan change.

Because partners often have several legacy sites in one organization, the offer page shows a checkbox: "Also apply this choice to my N other legacy sites." Tick it and the same choice is recorded for your organization's other legacy sites that do not yet have a choice. Two rules apply:

  • A site that already has a recorded choice is never overwritten.

  • For Move to the current widget, sites above the free-upgrade ceiling are not switched automatically; each of those needs its own visit to add capacity.

A Note on Referrals

The Partner Program is discount-based. There is no referral commission or payout for introducing customers who sign up on their own; the benefit is the volume discount on sites under your organization, plus the free licence for your own agency site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: I am a partner but the portal says my organization does not have partner access.
A: You are probably in a different organization. Use the organization switcher in the dashboard to select your partner organization, then open the portal again.

Q: Why don't I see the Monthly Cost and revenue tiles?
A: They appear once you reach 10 active sites, which is the first discount band.

Q: Do trial sites count toward my band?
A: Yes. Active, trialing, and past-due sites all count. Deleted sites do not.

Q: Does the discount apply to add-ons?
A: No. It applies to the base licence line only.

Q: I just crossed into a new band. Do my older sites get the new rate?
A: Not automatically. Each site keeps the discount for the band it was added in. Email support if you would like your account reviewed.

Q: Can I get all my client sites on one invoice?
A: Yes, through consolidated agency billing. Email support with the domains and we will prepare a quote.

Q: Where do my organization details show up publicly?
A: In the partner directory on allaccessible.org. Edit them under Edit Organization Info on the Overview page.

Q: The Resources page is empty. Is something wrong?
A: No. It shows whatever our team has published for partners at the time. Check back, or email support if you need a specific document.
