Managing Your Billing and Subscription
Overview
AllAccessible billing runs through a secure Stripe customer portal. From your Billing Overview page, the Manage Billing button opens that portal, where you update payment methods, download invoices, and cancel subscriptions. This guide explains where each task lives, how add-ons work, and how to cancel — including the fact that there is no native in-app cancel button.

The Billing Overview Page
Open Billing from the left sidebar (labeled Billing if you have any paid, trial, or past-due site; otherwise Upgrade). The page is titled Billing Overview and gives you:
A summary of Active Subscriptions, Total Sites, Monthly Cost, and Plan
Your Organization Sites list, each linking to its add-ons page or to Manage Billing
Quick Actions cards: Payment Methods, Invoices & Receipts, Manage Subscriptions, and Organization Settings
A notice on the page explains that all billing operations run through the secure Stripe portal for your security and convenience.

Manage Billing: The Stripe Portal
The primary action on the page is Manage Billing. It opens the Stripe customer portal, where all payment, invoice, and cancellation tasks happen. AllAccessible does not duplicate these controls inside the dashboard — the portal is the single, secure place for them.
The Quick Actions cards (Payment Methods, Invoices & Receipts, Manage Subscriptions) all open this same portal; Organization Settings stays inside AllAccessible.
If you have multiple or legacy billing accounts, you may first land on a Select Billing Account page where you choose Manage Billing for an organization or Manage Personal Billing for a personal account.
Updating Your Payment Method
Go to Billing → Manage Billing (or the Payment Methods quick action).
In the Stripe portal, add or update your card under payment methods.
Set the new card as default if you have more than one.
Save. The change applies to future charges.
If a site is Past Due, updating your card and completing any required payment clears it. Past-due sites also show a Reactivate option.
Finding Invoices and Receipts
Go to Billing → Manage Billing (or the Invoices & Receipts quick action).
In the Stripe portal, open your billing/invoice history.
View or download any invoice as a PDF for your records or accounting.
For a usage-focused view (monthly visits and scans per site), use the Usage & Billing page, titled Usage & Billing, which lists each site's pageviews, scans, and totals.
Canceling a Subscription
There is no native in-app cancel button. Cancellation is handled in the Stripe portal.
Go to Billing → Manage Billing.
In the portal, open Manage Subscriptions (or the equivalent subscriptions section).
Choose to cancel the subscription for the site you no longer want.
Confirm. For starter subscriptions, cancellation is set to take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Canceling by Deleting a Site
Deleting a site from the Sites page also cancels that site's Stripe subscription — but it does so immediately (not at period end) and removes the site. Use the portal cancel if you want the subscription to simply lapse at period end while keeping the site record during the grace period. See Deleting a Site for details.
Available Add-Ons
Add-ons are managed per site from that site's add-ons page (reachable from the Billing Overview or the site). Each available add-on shows its name, description, price, and features, with an Add to Site button. Active add-ons show an Active badge and a Remove option; removing takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Some add-ons offer annual billing with a savings line shown on the card. AI features across the product are powered by AllAccessible AI and our agentic AI capabilities.
Note: AllAccessible does not sell feature bundles — you add exactly the individual add-ons you need. Prices and availability are shown live on each site's add-ons page.

Troubleshooting
I don't see a Billing item in the sidebar — only Upgrade.
The item reads Upgrade when you have no paid, trial, or past-due site. Both point to the same billing area; Upgrade simply reflects that you're on Free.
I can't find a cancel button in the dashboard.
That's expected — cancellation lives in the Stripe portal via Manage Billing → Manage Subscriptions. Deleting a site also cancels its subscription.
My site says Past Due.
Open Manage Billing, update your payment method, and complete any outstanding payment. Then use Reactivate if shown.
I manage several accounts and landed on a "Select Billing Account" page.
Choose the organization or personal account you want to manage, then continue to the portal.
An add-on I removed still shows as active.
Removal takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so it remains available until then.
Common Questions
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All billing runs through the secure Stripe portal; AllAccessible doesn't store your full card details in the dashboard.
Q: How do I cancel?
A: Use Manage Billing → the portal's subscriptions section. There's no in-app cancel button. Deleting a site also cancels its subscription (immediately).
Q: Where do I download invoices for accounting?
A: Manage Billing → invoice history in the Stripe portal, where you can download PDFs.
Q: Are there bundles that group add-ons together?
A: No. You add individual add-ons à la carte from each site's add-ons page.
Q: Can different sites have different add-ons?
A: Yes. Add-ons are managed per site, so each site can have its own combination.
Q: When does an add-on start or stop billing?
A: Adding takes effect right away; removing takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
